The "womens" or MOMs market has been kind to Dottys... Not like any other gaming joint youve been in... You tend to win here... for starters, Cigarettes are not found any cheaper in Las Vegas... Buy two packs and bring cash... They wont let you charge them or debit them... Thats ok. And everyone has followed our moms lead and this place is winning with every age segment and crowd... Leave it to mom! Always snacks like kisses gummy bears.... so many locations now! A real testament to the loose slots and the great staff! You can ha e free cocktail Wich are stronger than most places or soft drinks... They have become. Local favorite!

It's absolutely a shame all the money that is sodnt there by many repeat customers that the air conditioner has been out 4 or 5 weeks from 1 fan to 2 fans then 5 seriously the employees deserve be better and so do the customers .us the owner that cheap that can't fix the air conditioner seriously ? I've had to go to other Dotty's to gamble in Cool tempetures .that's unfortunate because it's so close and I love the staff they all deserve a bonus to for all this heat they are in all day.thx to the staff that try and make it pleasant thx team

went there to get cigarettes. the lady behind the counter took forever. then I sat down and gambled all my money without even getting asked if I wanted something to drink when the lady behind the bar asked person next to me on both sides if they wanted to drink and didn't even ask me when I had been there for like an hour and a half bought cigarettes and was gambling. the proper amount per bet i wasn't even asked if I wanted something to drink

If u go there after 10pm the lady gives u a weak drink after u give her a dollar tip and she asks u to live if your not actively playing but ur letting a friend play ur money in the machine she short blond hair up on the dotties on lakemead past mt hood
