It seems that even the most affordable motels offer superior service compared to this hotel. My recent stay was immensely disappointing, to the point where I would not consider booking here again, even if it were the only option in Vegas. I checked in at approximately 4:50 pm and immediately encountered a number of issues in the room. When I reported these to the front desk around 5:10 pm, I was told that there was no maintenance staff available and no other rooms to accommodate us. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. The room was filled with an overpowering bleach smell. 2. The carpet was not only filthy but WET, clearly indicating a lack of maintenance over the years. 3. The bathroom conditions were appalling. 4. Instead of a proper blanket, we were provided with a thin bed sheet. 5. The room was poorly lit, with only two small lamps. 6. Conveniently placed mobile charging points were scarce. In addition to this, a resort fee of approximately $26 was charged. Upon querying this at check-in, I was told it covered parking, pool access, room amenities like coffee and additional blankets, and room cleaning. However, if the cleaning staff is unavailable after 5 pm, how can these services be provided? Who would supply an additional blanket during the night? This fee seems futile if the services it covers are not effectively rendered.

I stay here once a week and have never had a “bad” experience. The rooms are decent but the staff…exceptional. All the ladies at the front desk “check-in” counter are exceptional. I usually see Miss Heather but all are great. Mary I believe her name is….is awesome too! I’ve dealt with Ruben, maintenance, IT, whatever his position is- fast when called, and is god at his job and has a cool personality. I would stay here just because of these people. At least I know I’m heard as a guest because shit (excuse the language) gets done. Management take care of these workers because they are rare to find!!

This hotel needed a renovation 30 years ago… it was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Stains on everything, smoke detector was removed and wires were just hanging out. There was only a single sheet on the bed and no other blankets, wifi was slower than dial up. The insulation between rooms was so thin we could hear the persons bed squeak in the room above when they rolled around and were woken up by the persons bed squeak in the room next to us running the shower in the morning. The only good thing for us was there was a parking lot which we needed for our camper van which we had to return early in the morning and it was on the highway.

Decent enough hotel that is off-strip. When we stayed there the water supply stopped working, but the team fixed it within a few hours. It's an off-strip hotel, so you have to drive to the main attractions and casinos. The other hotel guests I have met at Arizona Charlies Boulder were really nice folks. When we stayed here there was a very convenient 7-Eleven next door!

Not a great location but is what it is. Stayed many times with no issues. Staff is always nice. Bathrooms / showers aren’t too bad. There’s a small enclosed dog park. I’d feel better if the entrance gate was an actual gate. Anyone could walk right around / under it. Yet the exit is a full on iron gate that has to open when you get close to it.
