I love this spot. It's right down the street from where we stay.. and from the jump the host ...Andrew straight up professional & friendly. He made us (us as in me and my dude Jason) feel like I am part of Jackpot Joanie's family immediately...he's on point and a good person. His vibe brings us back over n over again. Even when we can't tip n struggling over our $1 point play to make gas $ for instance he doesn't make us feel out of place or embarrassed. We appreciate that. Thank you Jackpot Joanie's....

Andrew was such a great host. I hardly ever go to Jackpot (not for me, no jackpot) Joanie’s but I stopped in after 5 dollar Friday at Albertsons. Atmosphere was chill and relaxing but Andrew is so attentive to all players it made it ok to lose a few bucks. 5 stars to you Andrew. Your employer is lucky to have you. Greeting at the door, customer service excellent and most of all I felt welcome even though it was my first time here. Thank you and HAPPY NEW YEAR! I wish you all the best in love and life!

Had a couple of hours to burn at 3 am. We decided to go to Joanies and play a few coins. The place is clean, had a couple of drinks, and the music was great. Didn't win anything but didn't walk out broke either. Not a bad place. Will probably go back.
