Huge selection of slot machines, friendly staff. Went on a weekday, wasn’t crowded at all. I will be coming back for sure

Lots of slots. About average payback. Clean bathrooms. You will have I. D. Checked before entering the casino floor. Employees are super nice. Not very big, cozy.

I used to enjoy playing at Plainridge Casino, but my recent visits have been disappointing. Several of the dollar machines were out of order—not just one or two, but dozens. This wasn’t the first time I was told there had been a power surge earlier in the day (even though I arrived in the evening) or that they were waiting on technicians. Additionally, the casino’s cleanliness has declined, as have the membership rewards. Given these ongoing issues, I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. No one knows anything when you ask them. Even when I call, I get a reservation agent that attempts to reach players services for me or the promo zone for me, epic fail! Straight to voicemail! The reservation agents even transfer me to security there and the security can’t even communicate via phone with the departments either, epic fail! I’ve tried for months to have a human being answer the phone to answer one question, just one! The waitresses sprint past you as you’re sitting there with dry mouth dying for a drink! It’s terrible! It is very dirty there. There needs to be more diversity in the promo zone department! Same faces that never call my name. Everyone knows everyone because most of the employees are from surrounding towns and they are extremely lazy. There needs to be More diversity please, I’d like to see more people that look like me working there to ensure fairness, especially in the promotions department. I hope one day I can call the players club and not get voicemail. I pray that it becomes more diverse. I also wish that the waitresses will slow down and be friendly and not mean. Thank you
