We stayed on the 15th floor, so we had to use our key to access the room through the elevator, which I loved. But for the price, I expected water or something in the room. The vending machines were one level above. I took $9 for water, but Never thought I'd spend it. WRONG! The vending machine didn't give correct change back and somehow couldn't tell how much money over you had in. I had a $5 bill and got 45 cents back after the purchase of one water. I asked for help, but nobody seemed to know who to go to for this issue. ( Oh well) We ate at the steak house. Top notch for service, food, and knowledge of taste by the waiters of the products on the menu. We were treated so well here. It's a place I will be going back to just to eat, even if not visiting the casino. Kudos to the management of this establishment. Everyone working seemed to be happy and willing to answer any questions we had, including the manager who did come to our table to see how our food experience was going and if there was anything she could do for us.

Great hotel; went to a convention there and staff was very helpful. Loved the bar in the middle of the casino with the glass chandelier and the DJ. The bartenders were excellent at ensuring safe, tasty drinks! And the wait staff was so good at their job! Especially William was so awesome and made us wanna go back the next night! The casino tables were really friendly to newcomers/beginners as well which was a relief.

Visited Mystic Lake Casino for a conference and was impressed by the setup. The event space was clean, well-organized, and spacious. Food options were solid, and everything ran smoothly. A great venue for large gatherings with plenty to do nearby.

Stayed here for business. Employee are happy to tell you “no” with smile on their faces. Weed smell everywhere. No breakfast, not even paid! I was forced to hike 3 miles to try to find food. Ended up at McDonald’s. Won’t be back.

Construction started before 8am, food was overpriced, and it was a nightmare to get to/from my car with two small kids. All of this could’ve been forgiven by providing even decent levels of customer service, but that is also lacking at this hotel. Pretty bad experience overall.
