There is no way this casino is operating in an ethical manner . I have never walked into a casino where every single person is complaining and I go to many casinos in the state of PA. They have like 6 slot attendants walking around watching paint dry because no one is even hitting jackpots . We put several thousand in on every visit which is our normal gambling habits that we can afford to play and almost no bonuses or wins ! And when bonuses came up you would win like $35 if lucky even on high bets ! It’s almost like you felt robbed . We overheard regulars say they only go because it’s convenient. I mean something extremely wrong is going on in here and they would probably rather pay a fine then pay guests out often . Never ever returning again but def going to look into reporting then to the PA control board this is based off numerous people we talked to and our own experiences here

This was a great choice for New Year’s Eve! I felt safe. My only complaint is the smoking. I have no willpower and ended up smoking two cigarettes which led me to throwing up outside. Lol my own fault, I know. But I still have to blame someone.

I am a local to this place and have visited several times. I am starting to get into reviewing places so I figured I would do one on hear. The place is nice three different places to eat serving different food. Smaller place but who cares when you seem to win more often. I would give five stars but the lady who gives out drinks was rude. She was not happy that I didn't give her a tip every time for a cup of ice with very little soda in it. My advice would be to skip the lady handing out drinks and go strait to the bar. I would also suggest that the caso get a location where I can fill up a soda myself so I don't have to deal with people like her when I want a full soda. Definitely visit this place if you want to gamble the people behind the tables are very nice and helpful if you kneed help. Update: Don't bother going to the lotis restaurant. The food is terrible and crazy high prices. They screwed up my order and wouldn't fix their mistake. The only way I could get what I ordered was to order again and pay the ridiculous price again. If Burger King and McDonald's can own up to their mistakes, how can they not. Overpriced food was not good at all. Go somewhere else. Minus a star for bad food and customer service.

Pretty good casino all around. Hollywood is known for being a bit tight and this one is no exception, but clean, friendly, good music on the weekends, beverage service is a 7 ( would like them to come around a bit more often). Don’t max it, it’ll just eat up your money- minimum bets are the way to go at this casino.

I have been coming there since it opened usually enjoy it have certain games I like to play came today and everything is moved around. The one thing I like to play was moved near the front by the Red Lotus which would be fine but it is also near the horse racing which as anyone that has been near the horse racing know that the people (not all) have a tendency to curse very loudly which really bothers me know that may make me sound like a prude but I don't like the foul language.
