    The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed a new remote. The rooms were spacious but old and stained up. The location was pretty convenient to what we had going on.. the bed was comfortable.

    I try REALLY hard not to post negative reviews. Everyone's experiences are different, and I don't have a desire to harm a business that might just be having an off day. We all have those. That being said... This hotel is TERRIBLE. Considering the money behind it with Draft Kings, I'm surprised at how bad it is. The carpet in our room was dirty and disgusting. Stains everywhere. Literally everywhere. Super nasty. The bedding was clean, but the bed itself was tremendously bad. The metal rail on the side of the mattress was popped out and very uncomfortable. This thing, like the carpet, needed replaced YEARS ago. The shower is loud. *REALLY* loud. Water from the tub faucet doesn't shut off and fills up the tub while you're showering. Water pressure and heat were good, though. The one positive was the staff. They were all nice and friendly. The lady that runs security at night for the elevators is a hoot. Wont ever stay here again. Absolutely disgusting place.

    Discriminatory Treatment & Terrible Front Desk Service – Failure to Follow Proper Procedures, Unreasonable Delay I had an extremely disappointing experience at Casino Queen Hotel, where my family and I were clearly subjected to racial discrimination by the front desk staff. We arrived at the hotel a little after 8 PM, yet we were forced to wait until nearly 10 PM to check in – an unacceptable delay. The front desk staff failed to follow standard procedures and did not verify my reservation using the booking code or request my ID. Instead, they simply asked for my name and immediately claimed that there was no reservation under my name, without making any further effort to check. I provided my booking details multiple times, yet I was ignored and left waiting for nearly two hours, despite the fact that the hotel was not busy at the time. Even worse, my children were extremely exhausted, but the staff showed no concern or willingness to help resolve the issue. Only after I personally contacted Expedia did I discover that my reservation was in the system, but my name was displayed incorrectly. Had the staff performed a proper search, this issue could have been resolved immediately. This makes me strongly believe that we were treated unfairly due to racial bias. If another guest had been in my position, it is highly likely they would have been assisted properly from the start instead of being made to wait unnecessarily. To make matters worse, the hotel never apologized for this entire ordeal. This was not just a case of poor service—it was a clear sign of unprofessional behavior and potential discrimination against certain guests. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone, especially those who expect professional, fair, and respectful service.

    The first room they had us in was absolutely nasty. My husband went down with pictures of how dirty it was and they gave us a different room. The views of the arch are amazing so definitely ask for a room with a view. The staff was nice and helpful but it took forever to get anything you needed in your room.

    Biggest disappointment was when requested to speak to a slot host the players club only called and slot host didn’t care enough to talk in person to me as a customer. I was very offended and am usually greeted in a very respectful and friendly manner at other casinos. I want to compliment the night elevator lady who escorted me to my room and when my key didn’t work she made 3 thrips down to desk until there was 1 that worked ( the 21st) I am handicapped and really appreciated her kindness and friendly hospitality
