Welcome to L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge, located at 777 L’Auberge Ave in Baton Rouge, LA 70820, USA, as featured on Casino Near Me. While Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is not in the immediate vicinity of major tourist destinations in Taiwan, this introduction is for local users who may be interested in understanding different casino hotel experiences if they travel to the United States. Reviews for L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge offer a mixed perspective, with high praise for the hotel's aesthetics and staff friendliness, but some concerns regarding the casino size, restaurant availability, and initial service in one of the bars.

One reviewer found the hotel rooms to be "great" and noted the property's beauty upon arrival after a pleasant drive. They were particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff across various areas, including bartenders, wait staff, and casino floor employees, which made them feel like family and contributed to an overall "great experience." They expressed anticipation for their next visit.

Conversely, another reviewer had a more varied experience. They also found the rooms "great" but described the casino as "small" with "not many tables." They noted that several restaurants were closed during their initial days at the hotel. Their first experience at the ESPN bar involved "horrible service" and cold, albeit "decent," food, with an inattentive bartender. However, a subsequent dining experience at another restaurant within the hotel was positive, with a "good, friendly" server and "good" food. They also mentioned that the location, while "very pretty," was about a 20-minute drive from other amenities. A highlight was the "great" rooftop pool area, described as small but perfect for a relaxing dip.

Based on these reviews, L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge offers appealing hotel accommodations and a visually pleasing environment. The staff is generally regarded as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the casino might be smaller than some expect with a limited number of tables. Restaurant availability could be a factor, and initial service at the ESPN bar was reported as poor. The hotel is somewhat removed from other amenities, requiring a drive. The rooms were great. Casino was small and not many tables. Most of the restaurants were closed the 1st few days we were there. The ESPN bar had horrible service the 1st day. The food was decent but when we got it, it was cold. The bartender that took our order never told us the food was out or brought it over even though she had done that for the rest of our group that ordered. The 2nd time we ate on the restaurant side and the server was good, friendly and joked with us. The food was good. It was a good 20 minute drive to find anything though. But very pretty there. The pool area on the roof was great. Small pool but perfect to just take a dip and relax.

From the moment I step onto the property I was delighted. The hotel is a beautiful sight after a relaxing drive along the river. I was greeted repeatedly from friendly staff that made me feeling like family. From the bartender’s to the wait staff and Casino floor employees…everyone was happy to be there, helpful and pleasant. It was a great experience all around and I look forward to my next trip there!

Me and my friends come here regularly, and stay for hours playing games from slots to black jack and much more. The drinks are amazing and the food just as wonderful. I'd have to say it is one of my favorites in Baton Rouge. Friendly knowledgeable staff in a great atmosphere. Thank you L'Auberge casino and hotel for making my experience a great one. Angel

If I could give this hotel a negative score I totally would! Worst reasturant and service ever! If you are understaff at least put some hussle on your movements, not be on your phone, ignoring your tables; three hours for a meal is rediculous but it’s the only place to eat. Entire place is freezing cold, no hot tub, they refuse to heat the pool unless it’s on the weekend. Absolutely the worst experience ever and we’ve been to some bad hotels.

The staff was nice, but there were too many things that were unnecessarily complicated, such as getting from the parking lot to the hotel check-in desk - enter, go up to the fourth floor, go around a corner and take another elevator down. It's a maze! There isn't s refrigerator in the room, so if you have leftovers from one of the restaurants, too bad. The furniture looked old, scuffed and dirty. The bed was barely softer than the floor, and the room had a musky smell. The TV in the bathroom mirror is a nice touch, as is the seat in the shower and the ability to close off the toilet area, and the weekday price wasn't any different than other hotels. Dinner from the Red Lotus was fair but nothing to write home about, especially for the price. I don't mind paying for good food, but this was middle-of-the-road.
