I’m not a modest player by any means. That being said. Every year they send out a Xmas card for a cash voucher. My mail lady returned all my mail due to I’m selling my home. She made a mistake. I called Dotty’s, mind you the GM Stan and I used to be close acquaintances, if not friends. Been to his house many times. Parties with him countless occasions. And can you believe this guy vetoed giving me back my Xmas card for like 100 bucks? I’ve lost 6figures this year there and he turned me down for a 100 bucks. I asked him why and he won’t respond. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Remember Dotty’s. Over $100 (that I would lose in their casino) I’m going to Jackpot Joanie’s. Hope it was worth it Review edit*** Well, as disappointing as the general manager, Stan was, I have to say there is a light at the end of the tunnel and her name is Megan. She is an assistant manager at Dottie’s and she manages over at the Bourbon Street on Sahara Rancho. I opened up a claim for my January red free play, and I got a phone call back later that day. Megan called and approved my slips she then followed up by asking my about my Xmas bonus. I told her not to worry about it. She refused and DID THE RIGHT THING. I CANT BELIEVE IT! Not only that but Megan took care of my wife’s Christmas bonus as well too. So my original review was a 1 star, but I have to give it a 4 star. I really want to bump it up to a 5 star review, but keeping aware of the matter of how poorly I got treated by the general manager (who was supposed to be a friend of mine for 12+ years). On a very funny side note, I applied to be a bartender here (over 5 times) which I’m overqualified for the job and I am all but certain I did not get the job because of GM Stan as well.I don’t know what happened between me and this guy but keep business business and keep personal life your personal life.

The staff is very helpful. It's clean. It's Comfortable. It's a great place to hang out.

We were there about 6 hours and had to go to the counter to ask for a drink. That's not a good way to treat customers

This is a great place!!! Small enough to avoid the " lost in the casino" danger, clean, consistent with policy, great prices for smokers, one of the only places left to get matches, and far from stingy. I dont gamble so the payouts i cant speak to, but i am a fan of any place that doesnt treat their toilet like it is too good for someone less fortunate. Keep it up!!!! Thanks for the positivity and snacks

The lady always says you cant have snacks or gifts but even the manager said she does not make that decision she is just bitter and rude. I spend tons of money on cigarettes for myself and family and friends and she acts like she bought those items. Gonna start buying somewhere else from now on. She is the only person to ever act like that at a Dotties. Ive been a loyal customer for 10+ years no more. Going elsewhere.
