the new night lady is way better than the last one. Not only is she super nice and polite, but she is also very pretty. I think this store is lucky to have her there and she is a great cook also. the video machines are nice but the costumer service is why I will come back.

The 5 stars belong to Heather, I have had questionable interactions with other employees regarding policy standards that they aren't willing to uphold regarding service standards. Heather upholds such standards and is willing to go the distance if it means upholding dottys integrity. My recommendation is to promote Heather to regional manager

I almost gave 4 stars but changed it to 5 since it's probably not fair for me to compare this location to the Vegas Dotty's I'm used to. This location is obviously hindered by stricter laws in this state. It's small, with 5 or maybe 6 slot machines. Not their fault as that's the max allowed here. I didn't have a good win day but that happens sometimes everywhere of course. The staff were nice, and patiently explained some of the rules that differ from Vegas. All in all it was a fun place to blow a couple twenties and drink a decently priced beer. I'd go there again if I was in the area. Maybe fix my first time losing streak!

Well the machines shut down all at once and my friend had 4 bonuses across the screen. Everything quit.. The attendant was very apologetic and kind but couldnt solve the problem. She had worked here for 7 years and never had it happen before. A very nice young lady, friendly, attentive, courteous. We appreciated her empathy and plan to go back to a very relaxed, spacious, comfortable gaming station.
