****BED BUGS*** I gave it a two star do to location and staff and the bar were really nice. Now let’s get it to the nitty gritty, the manager Renaldo ( guy with balding hair in the middle) was very rude and acted like he was miserable working there. Anytime you asked him a question he was rude and acted like you were beneath him. The hotel is ran down and old. Yet he they charge $46 for resort fees. The sink was clogged upon entry, the toilet did not flush, there was only on towel in the room and the worst….. IT HAD BED BUGS in room 3005. I checked in on Friday 3/21 around 7pm and woke up to itchy skin and wells on my arm. I immediately checked the bed and saw a bed bug crawling on the bed. I called to the front desk, they had me come to fill out an incident report and transferred us to a new room. They only refunded the resort fee for that evening. This place is a dump. The hallways and elevators smells like poop all the time, they don’t clean the rooms daily. We stayed a 7 days and they only cleaned twice. They make you come to to the front desk for towels daily. The pool is teas and has Scorpions. A Male Hispanic Staff member, walked into my room while my teenage daughter was in the shower unannounced, while the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN was on the door to bring a roll of toilet paper we had asked for the night before at 8pm. He comes in unauthorized the following afternoon. Very scary… this place needs to be held accountable and they surly will. Also, I booked on booking.com which said one price all fees included but they do not disclose resorts fees, so when we got there it was an additional $230 plus $150 for deposit. When asked for compensation or refund for the night. The said it was non refundable due to booking through a 3rd party (Booking.com) so we had to stay. I don’t know how they are still in business.

It’s a scam online it says it’s $41 in reality. It’s $102 which would’ve been great to have a hot tub, swimming pool, gambling and drinking all in one place. after getting into the room, it’s totally worth $102. It’s a nice location and it’s a great clean excellent room. I do wish it had refrigerator for my medication but there was an ice machine right next to the room so I give it at five stars great customer service too

As far as cheap hotels go, it's pretty good. The pool and hot tub in the courtyard are rally nice and well maintained, they have actual $3 shots and beers 24/7, an okay prime rib deal, a free airport shuttle, and the room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. However, the pillows weren't comfy, the room has no fridge or microwave or coffee maker or anything, not even enough outlets by the bed for 2 people to charge their phones. The bathroom smelled funny if you didn't leave the fan on the whole time, the room cleaning was sporatic at best, the water is gross, they're aren't water fountains or anything to drink from, the vending machine gives you warm drinks, and the pool and shuttle randomly were not available when we needed them. Also it's in a kind of sketchy area, but not too scary. The service was good though, and the people were nice. For a really cheap place it wasn't bad, but next time I'm paying a hit more to get a microwave and fridge at least.

I booked my stay through Booking.com, where the final price clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included. However, when I arrived at Silver Sevens Hotel, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees that had not been disclosed during the booking process. This deceptive pricing feels like a dishonest tactic to lure customers in with what appears to be a fair deal, only to surprise them with hidden fees upon check-in. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was completely unhelpful when I raised my concerns. They offered no solution and seemed indifferent to the issue. Unfortunately, Booking.com also failed to take responsibility, despite the misleading pricing being presented on their platform. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com was willing to assist, leaving me to deal with the situation on my own. Beyond the pricing issue, the hotel’s conditions were terrible. The carpets reeked of a disgusting odor, as though they had never been properly cleaned. The smell was pervasive and gave the impression that cleanliness and basic hygiene are not priorities at this hotel. If you’re thinking of staying at Silver Sevens or booking through Booking.com, be prepared for hidden charges, poor customer service, and unpleasant hotel conditions. I would strongly recommend avoiding both and looking for more transparent and customer-friendly alternatives.

I booked the hotel because of the price, location, and airport shuttle service. It has been a while since I've been to Vegas and normally I stay with friends. I had forgotten how casinos allow smoking. Walking in, the smell is very pungent. Check in desk is over to the right. Employee checking me in was wonderful, it was a quick process, they do require a refundable security deposit I was on the second floor, I thought maybe since the rooms were non-smoking, the odor would dissipate. The hallways are smelly, the room was smelly. The room was standard - side tables with lights (one light didn't work), a desk and chair, TV, dresser, bench. No refrigerator. Bathroom was small, very tight fit but the shower was nice IMO. There was the usual amenities: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Air conditioner was ok. There was a function to keep the fan on which I did. Either I got used to the smell the 4 days/3 nights I was there or presence helped air it out... Everyone I interacted with was nice - security when I had a question, front desk, server in the cafe, cashier at the little store, shuttle drivers. I didn't have my room serviced while I was there, but every room attendant I bumped into was friendly. The cafe was good, nice sized portions! Location was convenient. I love to walk so I walked to the atomic museum and to the strip. Not far from the airport, the shuttle ride was quick. Shuttle driver told me that a lot of people pay to park there ($9/day) and take the shuttle to the airport instead of paying airport parking fees. I would stay there again, it's a budget hotel. I would maybe bring a small fan or something to get the air circulating more.
