Great hotel and appealing atmosphere- the comedy show is a great bonus to the hotel! We enjoy a show quite often along with a lil gambling n stay in this pleasant hotel with a Rocking ‘ Breakfast!!

Me and my friend found this spot and thought it was very nice. We've stayed monthly on our trips, Becoming a gold member and discount rates we thought was cool... BUT.. After the fourth of more stays. We were accused of smoking there. I find this amusing as we both have asthma and cannot smoke. They want a $250; charge.. I know that we're not going back, but a picture is worth a thousand words. 0 Stars

My recent visit to Running Aces Casino and Hotel was just okay. The atmosphere felt a bit ordinary, and there wasn't anything that really stood out. The amenities were average, and while the staff was friendly, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Overall, it was a decent experience but nothing special mostly because of all the construction. I'll update my review after the construction has completed.

We have stayed at this hotel many times because of the card casino, which we’ve always enjoyed. The dealers are great and make the gaming experience pleasant. However, our stays have not been without issues. For example, we held my daughter’s birthday here, and the experience was disappointing. The first room we were given was dirty, and we had to be moved to a different room—twice. This delay made us late for other birthday events, essentially ruining the day for us. Additionally, on several occasions, staff followed my children and their friends around the hotel, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. We didn’t want to cause a scene, so we let it go. The tipping point was when we were accused of damaging a curtain with fingernail polish, something that was already there when we arrived. This situation, coupled with how my children were treated, left us feeling that racial bias may have played a role. Because of these experiences, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The king size room had a HUGE tv. The only downfall was we could hear the room above us stomping around all night so that kept us from being able to sleep well. We were kind of disappointed that the casino did not have any slot machines, but it wasn't why we went there so it wasnt the end of the world. They had races on Sunday night so we got to see the horses warm up that morning before we left. That was really cool to see!
