First time here, and I had a fun time. The place is pretty big and has been updated and remodeled. We came around 4 pm and there was parking readily available. All entrances check your ID before entering unless you get profiled, lol My parents were not checked for ID so I guess if you look "old enough" they just let you in, just thought that was funny. Great restaurants in here and reasonably priced as well as "fancier" places and, of course, a Starbucks. Restrooms were surprisingly clean as well. I do wish the machines were wiped clean better as some of the areas we played at were sticky of had some gunk on the button it was gross. But overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Massive slot machine areas it’s almost sea of slots basically 😅 they have all sorts of the big boy games too. Generally a very cozy atmosphere. Not a bad pass time activity every once in a while but remember the house always wins!

Rivers Casino in Des Plaines is a decent spot for gaming, but it has its drawbacks. The casino itself is clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of slots and table games. However, the outside area had a strong smell of marijuana, which took away from the experience before even stepping inside. While the atmosphere inside is lively and the staff is generally friendly, the casino can feel crowded, and finding an open table can be a challenge. It’s an okay option if you’re looking for a night out, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

Beautiful casino and super friendly employees. I love the idea of the metal detectors before visitors even walk through the doors. The decor is amazing. Next time I will try the cute taco bar in the corner opens after 6 pm.

We were excited to try this new restaurant out. The bread was really good but the pork chop was so dry the plate moved quite a bit while trying to cut through it. The side vegetables were really good. My husbands chicken sandwich was super dry as well. He didn’t let the waiter know but he should have. The reason why is we don’t complain about our food and it was actually getting uncomfortable with the issues. The waiter was kind and said that due to regulations the pork chop was supposed to be at a certain degree. I understand that but it was definitely over 190 degrees. Pork is perfect after 145. They did replaced it with a different chicken.dish that I haven’t tried yet. I took it to go because while waiting I filled up on the bread and my husbands fries. Would I go back or recommend it? Probably not.
