This place is kinda nice to spend a few hours but besides the 360 bar, the waitress service is hardly ever available, the steakhouse is more like a local fast food joint and to many low graded people hanging around. Begging a quiet common here. Fridays & Saturday evenings are fun with live bands. And the slot machines sometimes pay good on big bets but seems like they control the payout on daily or weekly basis. ( For example, a $12 bet should not be paid off with $54 total win with 8 free spins. Some days, there are no payouts at all, indicating that they rig them at their own pleasure. Very discomforting & unfortunately when one notices the payout to not consistent. Reply: I anticipated nothing less than a text book response from You guys but I want to give an example ( Not expecting You to justify but for people to be aware of it ). I played the Mighty Cash Ultra machine and there is that 'Lion' or 'Phoenix' that pops up , indicating a guaranteed win of some kind. Now I know the odds are always in the casino favor but it's not fair ( or regulated ) that at times, there are no wins whatsoever after inserting $1.5k-2k. And therefore My conclusion of how it is controlled at Your own pace. Just need to be there when the machines are loosened up a little because You gotta let people win sometimes, otherwise they will stop coming.

I been coming here for years. But I honestly feel the service has gotten worse. Some of the server's are absolutely rude and nasty. Some security guards are some also rude with no matter. They have no intention of new games same old ones . Personality need to change with some servers seriously. Please get these new slots to make things easier and fun

I have came many times to this Casino but first time i brought my parents here today. My dad is handicapped from left side of his body. It takes him time to walk, so I ask a security at front if they have a wheelchair or something. Guess what the owner can afford to buy all the gaming equipment and expensive chandeliers but can’t afford to have few wheelchair. They want peoples money but don’t bother providing equal basic stuff. On top of that security guy answered me that ohh! Tell your father to sit then walk, then sit again and walk again. HOW STUPID is that….. i have been to many casinos in the U.S. but bad experience at Resort World Casino. Worse management service for lacking with everything. Worse casino ever….

Life's blessing drench the honest and faithful person, but punishment rains down upon the greedy and the dishonest. Go ahead and get Rich on the back of the poor, but all the wealth you gather will one day be given to those who are kind and needy The ways this place is operating is criminal but only in our backyard. 🙂 It's a nice seeing the Young 🌱 and old 🗝️ have a place to hang 😉 out is Nice specially our elders. The membership cards work 😁😉

I love this casino, very clean, very good food. I love playing the slot machines, but I've been loosing lately so I take a break. I was offered a trip with free contemporary stay for three days, but I emailed back, and said no thanks to the trip, I rather have rewards points or rewards for break, lunch, dinner. If I could make one wish, I would love to win big, I never won anything in my life. After all I love this place I really do.
