I come here after for a cocktail or food. I been coming here for years alot of.thw workers know me and I know them, so it breaks my heart to have to write this review. I would never go back again due to the customer service I received and how unprofessional the bartenders are, I would highly recommend no one ever go here family friends or strangers. I ordered a cocktail Tuesday my usual and left a tip as usual. I say and waited for my cocktail for a long time. I started getting impatient but still respectful of the bartenders time. After awhile I wanted to speak with a manager and voice my opinion on why the wait for a simple cocktail was so long. While looking for the manager I seen the bartend and manager leave in a car and did not come back. I was highly upset because I tipped and was just getting off work so I was extremely tired. When I seen them both leave, I felt like I tipped for no reason and the bartender just took my money and no one to complain to made me even more upset. I never knew you can come to a place request a drink, the bartender take you money and leave with management... bluntly stole from me. VEGAS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS CLEAR THERE ARE THIEVES AND MANAGERS THAT DONE RESPECT A PAYING CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY WORKING HERE..

I have only been to Poker Palace Casino a few times but honestly, I think the people who work there are pretty nice! I say this as I have always had a good interaction with the people that I have talked to there. An example would be; I went there this evening to locate a friend who had gone to get his birthday meal from what the lady bartender had called 'the kitchen', which is in through the double 2 sets of doors, to the left and down a very short set of stairs and at the end. So, while looking for him a security guard had asked jovially, 'Did you find the birthday boy?'. I didn't know he had heard me, but he offered to have him paged. I was headed out already so I declined the offer but, how sweet. Anywho I digress. Inside the casino, the game floor loops around to another 2 sets of double doors, and for me, it's in the shape reminiscent of the letter J. Not too big but a kinda cozy (quieter than bigger casinos) space for you to gamble and have a drink, or drink and gamble at the bar along the wall which sits about 6 chairs or so. You can bet on sports, play a table game, or 2, and they have bingo as well! It has an oyster bar too! And the short side is non-smoking even, hey so how about it folks!? Sounds good to me. Be sure to sign up for the players' club card because they have a birthday meal that's printed out on a ticket at their players' kiosk and it comes with a piece of cake too! Whew. Went to Maddy's Cafe, great service, friendly staff that treat each customer like family. Food was delicious, large portions at an affordable price.
