I chose this hotel because I don't gamble and don't do drugs and this place was the cheapest I could find for my sister's wedding. I decided to try it because it didn't have anything to imply you can't skate here. Well shortly after starting to skate they made me stop. Very bad experience and I would have chosen a different hotel had I known this upfront. The man was polite when asking me to stop, but it completely ruined my trip for me. Will never return or suggest anyone else to come

This was the first casino I experienced in Vegas and from the bartenders to the black jack dealers, service was horrifyingly rude. In games where luck is priority, having staff members with bad energy is not where I want to be. I have no idea why we were treated so poorly, and I sincerely hope it has nothing to do with age nor socioeconomic status. It was so unpleasant we cut the night short and went elsewhere. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because the gentleman at the roulette table was incredible. Absolutely made our night.

Marketing failures....upon arrival for a promotion the advertising had errors on the slot machine. This is misleading for a customer. Especially, since their are so many other casinos to spend money at. When I inquired at Serrano slot club all I got was an apology for the inconvenience and " we're working on it" I highly recommend when marketing failures like this occur that customers be provided with promotional complimentary products and services. I arrived a week later to inquire about the error. The management corrected it. Thanks!

Place clean, upbeat vibe , restaurants plenty , there on vacation security try to keep place safe I would recommend the stay ,had good experience
