I rarely come to this Casino. I decided to come & try my luck, eat, and just have fun! I enjoyed the Tuna Cheddar Melt Sandwich w Fries, and I had enough points on my players card, so the food was 50% off. Only costing me $6.64! Also, got a nice little win for just a couple of hours slot play. Thank you, I'm grateful.

Love Nisqually, go here often for dates and self-love dates. It's my favorite casino in the NWP. 🫶 Had multiple jackpots and amazing food, and the employees are just as amazing.

Years ago, the new addition was non-smoking. Really nice, high ceilings, bright and a nice feel. BUT NOW, that section is all smoking. The current non-smoking section is bland, crowded, people bump into your chair due to narrow space between rows, most machines in long rows, many chairs are worn, some are gross. And the chairs cumbersome, and with machines packed so tight, anytime someone leaves, swivels the beastly chair, the chair back bonks your arm. You're packed like sardines. A few times, I put my service light on - no help. Once I actually called the casino - "this call is coming from inside - can I get any service?" LOL. Had light on for a good 15 minutes. Employees walk around in pairs just talking with each other, oblivious to patrons unless they're friends. Every time i go, i see someone with their pet (definitely not a service animal) even though sign says No Pets. What gives? Muckleshoot knows customer service and the layout of slots is open, clean. But Clearwater is amazing. I put my service light on, in less than one minute, a floor employee came over, greeted me by my name. The casino floor has an open, very clean, well laid out.... Red Wind? Several times, no one to help. Its dirty. But, Cocktail waitstaff is very nice. Its been yeats since ive dined there - might give it another chance. I appreciate the security, but late at night, schemers and scammers are out. But least the employees get to catch up with one another walking in pairs, paying attention to no one but themselves. Its the closest to me, but I'm more inclined to visit Quinault or Clearwater, get a room and just enjoy the experience better than Red Wind.

It was my first time heading to a casino around this area. There is no hotel at the casino but, the good thing is that they have a smoking section! Which is awesome you don’t see much of them around Washington. They have a good selection of restaurants and food places at the location so you don’t have to walk out to go get food. The staff were very nice and friendly when asked about the games like cards and roulette! I had a few questions about the tables and such since it was my first time and they were very helpful and understanding. I’ll definitely be making a trip back out to this casino!! Happy gambling!!

Lots of people here, mostly Veterans since it’s near Ft Lewis and McChord AFB. Weekly Free Play, Armed Forces tribute free play every Sunday and over 50 every Monday free play. Love the restaurant food..my favorite kraut dog 1/2 price if using your points…
