Pretty nice hotel in a good location on the strip. The roller coaster, arcade, and casual food options are really nice for families. Plenty to do including the Hershey's world. Room are fine and the Players suite is pretty nice. The elevators are really weird - but fast. Front desk workers were pretty nice and accommodating. Overall - a nice hotel on the strip that is reasonably priced. Pool is very small and too much shade.

Great stay at the NYNY. For the $$ you’re spending you’re getting great value and a good location. Rooms are great.. I suggest the premier rooms. Rooms have been remodeled and casino is a great vibe. Lots of food options and good prices in my opinion compared to other places on the strip. Staff was great. Great value on the strip and definitely will return.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Horrible experience. Stay away. Go somewhere else. We stopped over for the night on a road trip with the family. Everything was fine. Took the kids to the arcade. Went to Shake Shack. Everything was fine. Then on the way out from the elevator to the car security approached us. My kids were maybe 3 feet behind me. They started threatening me, cussing at me. I didn’t even know what was going on. They said my children were unattended in the casino. I asked what they were even talking about. We were right by the donut shop by the registration. Who cusses at little kids?? What is wrong with these people. I went to the manager. They say there’s nothing they can do because it’s a third party security service. Well it’s on you as a hotel to ensure the safety of your guests and that vendors you hire are professional. They offered no resolution and wouldn’t even bring the employees over to confront them. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

It's a nice hotel with decent rooms. My room was large and had a great bathroom. A big shower (no bathtub...but I don't care for them anyways) and plenty of room. It had all amenities like an iron, hairdryer and plenty of storage in closets and drawers. Service is good too. They cleaned every day. But they need to supervise a bit. I found a dirty diaper under the bed. It was clearly visible, so no excuse for this.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt this was needed considering I gave them a chance to make things right I would leave zero stars if I had the . So We stayed at this hotel for the first time and it was honestly the worst decision we paid for early check-in. to save us time and when we arrived, there was no rooms available so that was a waste of time and money we get to the room and the room is for Vegas, this room is not great. We're going to the bathroom. The sink is dirty. It's dusty everywhere. There's hairs in the bathtub so clearly it was not cleaned to my standards at least. When we brought this out to the management attention, they did nothing to compensate us in any kind of way then when checking out also paid for late. Check out. I'm getting emails saying that our checkout is 11 which it's not against management there's still nothing they can do so for me I would not recommend this place. There's so many other better places with better prices. Better service The room was horrible, but the service was even worse. I honestly I've never seen this kind of service in Vegas at all probably the worst MGM one I would not recommend this hotel. I would not recommend any rooms here indefinitely, horrible service, especially from management and customer care very disappointing. You want to be disappointed stay here you wanna have a good time stay anywhere else.. period .
