Our prior visit in November was horrible. The room smelled terrible as did the bathroom and are repeated request for housekeeping was met with apathy. Basically they ignored us. The entire stay. Management behind the desk at the hotel was not helpful at all. Repeated attempts to call and email. My concerns were met with no appreciable engagement for management at any level This visit was thank goodness the total opposite experience from the one star that was rated from our November visit. Upon checking in this time, March 26, 2025.Moke The hotel reservation supervisor took excellent care of us and even took the effort to look at the prior email complaint that I had submitted to management upon our prior visit. Moke had spoken to her director about our situation and offered us a meal comp that helped smooth the potholes and ease the pain from our last very poor experience here Muckleshoot. This time the room was cleaner as was the bathroom. From Florida ceiling in this room was much cleaner than before as was the bathroom. Our meal at smoke and Cedar steakhouse was first rate as was our service Shannon was our server and made sure that our every need was taken care of. Management took special care to make sure that we are happy this visit after hearing how poorly we were treated prior visit. We’re happy to report that Muckleshoot has flip script and deliver a 25 star experience which is at the counter Juxtaposition compared to prior visit. Now we can highly recommend Muckleshoot once again since it appears that the change of management has greatly improved the experience back up to the levels we would hope for now and in the future. We will definitely be back happily and recommend Muckleshoot to our friends and family!

Very nice amenities with friendly staff. The smoke smell is not nearly as bad as most other casinos, and the non-smoking section of gaming is actually smoke-free. Good restaurants, but severely lacking salt. Apparently a specific clientele prefers food generally less seasoned and they’re catering to that. Easy enough for me to add salt, so not a huge deal. Valet was VERY busy when we got there and the line was taking forever so we went and parked ourselves. Still haven’t tried the valet because it’s always a long wait. Could be the time of day I go. The pool was very nice, if not a little basic. Can’t wait in the summer for them to open the huge balcony doors in the pool area.

I’m not a casino person but when I went to this palace-looking resort, I was blown away by the beautiful decor, easy layout to walk about, and all the wonderful restaurants this resort offers! I went to visit my mother and sister and they told me they were staying at the hotel. I was a little puzzled because they live in Kent. However, my mother is a frequent guest and has always invited me to “check it out.” I regret not having been to this great playground for adults. What amazed me even more, was how clean the whole establishment was! All the workers were friendly and very helpful to the hundreds of guests walking about. There were many dining options to choose from. I would highly recommend this resort to everybody who’s never been to a casino and/or who comes to Washington state! Thank you for making my first visit to a casino the best!

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very clean and modern. Slots don't pay much. I've been going to Muckleshoot for over a year continually and have spent over 6 thousand. My total return during that time is about 1,000 dollars. So don't expect to get rich. Not going to happen. The casino is clean and has a lot to offer for fun. The smoking section has way more fun slots than the non smoking which I don't like. I think the casinos should all be non smoking. Man, didn't we see the benefit in this decades ago? Please, get rid of smoking sections in your establishment!

What a lovely place! It's best in the northwest, not an understatement. We had a great two day stay, ate at the restaurants and gambled a bit. The pool is really nice! Take your friend or lover and go, you won't regret it.
