I ve been going here because its close to the house. They send out a mailer claiming hot seat drawings. I ve been there a few times and despite the place being empty Wednesday s for the lunch hour drawing i win no freeplay. At one point i was the only one playing. Poor gaming experience. The board where they write down jackpots gets emptier same as the location. Dissapointing

I ordered a few items from them this evening figured I would try something else other than grabbing fast food. Overall, I should've just done the fast food considering the cost. The hamburgers are subpar, you can get a better one at In & Out so that's laughable, the clubhouse sandwich wasn't too bad but considering the only thing cooked on the sandwich was bacon & it was burnt I'd say they need a new cook & probably wouldn't hurt to upgrade their quality of food including their sandwich meat, they also topped my potato soup with bacon & cheese (burnt bacon) I didn't see one potato in the potato soup & the soup just tasted like burnt bacon so it just got thrown away, & lastly an order of biscuits & gravy with biscuits that my garbage disposer had a hard time grinding up & no apparent sausage in the gravy from the looks of it. I'm only giving it 2 stars since they can at least fry frozen french fries & tater tots. This order cost right at $45, for a lot of food that just got thrown away.

Love this place but if i could meet with the owner i would suggest he actually removes items from the menu that are no longer offered. Loved the pasta but it's gone. Also, buy more pint glasses already!

The reason my husband & I continue coming back to this particular location is because we absolutely adore & enjoy the company of [most] of the staff here-- Tim & Dillon have always given us exceptionally outstanding service (& they always wear a legitimate smile whilest doing so!) They are always a pleasure to be around; their attitudes & work ethic totally set the atmosohere for just an awesome ambiance to sit back, relax, have a few drinks, & play the machines. However--the same canNOT be said about the female staff here; it's not often that you receive a welcoming greeting from them, if you're privledged enough to receive one at all... even tho you'd think chances of that would increase as a regular returning guest--nope! This location is fairly new to the area, but I don't see them having trouble bringing in business as they are currently located in a desirable area. The only suggestion I have for the management is to encourage their staff to be more personable and/or hire new staff that is genuinely outgoing & creates a bond w/the customers considering most of them will be regulars, not tourists that just come & go & then are never seen again.
