Their employees and manager are great and friendly people! They give good service and are helpful. I often visit a Jackpot Joanies, get a drink, and gamble a bit! They have the games i like to play (Caveman Keno Plus, Dueces Wild Poker, Cleopatra Keno, Black Jack, etc... .) They even have customer appreciation parties, NFL pick the winning teams contests, and Superbowl parties. They have widescreened tv's to watch sporting events, but only about 15 games for their regulated gaming license. (I wish they could have more!)

Let me start by saying I don't gamble. I had an emergency and needed to charge my phone to call my wife and the staff was extremely accommodating. The area outside of the building is not the best, so you can imagine what type of people the staff has to deal with at times, and despite me looking quite disheveled, they offered me a seat and a water and were genuinely attentive towards my predicament. I'll definitely return and play some slots to show my patronage.

The woman who worked last night was super awesome! Very friendly, and helpful (since I'd never been there to that location) and makes great drinks! As for the machines... they were not TOO tight I guess. I was able to make $20 last for an hour or so. That's why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.

The employees at work are very very nice. I never have an issue at Joni's I always have a good time. A few six spots here

Used to love it. Spent so much money there and never won but loved the bar tenders till one. The manager!. Will never be back again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I'm sure others will appreciate how much tip
