Our family decided to try something different this year for spring break with the family. We booked a room at the IP and though it had everything we needed I will say I was disappointed. First of all the roof top pool was nice but I was sadly disappointed to see the"newly renovated" hot tub was done so poorly that the liner that was installed had massive air bubbles in it that moved when you walked across it. The pool was nice and relaxing but was not very family friendly as an attendant said my son could have a toy in the pool. The room was comfortable but honestly I expected more. The fridge was just in the middle of the floor, not in a cabinet or anything like most other hotels. I also find it crazy they want to charge $25 for you to have a microwave in your room. I mean a fridge and microwave are the minimum standard even in a choice hotel. The non smoking floor was okay but it smelt like an old Grandpa from the overly strong scents used in the casino floor. Nice to say we've done it to try it, but don't think I'll do it again. Again for someone with no kids and looking to gamble and get a cheap room this is your place, you'll love it.

Check in was great except they only had one person registering guess. The room was clean but no daily housekeeping. The restaurant definitely needs a breakfast cook, (over medium eggs should not be burnt) and on the second morning we were told that we couldn't have a booth even so they were 2 open, so we went to waffle house and ate. Overall not sure if we'll be back.

I recently visited IP Casino in Biloxi and had a disappointing experience initially, However, one staff member turned everything around - Laura. Her exceptional service, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction were truly impressive. Thanks to Laura my visit to IP Casino became an unforgettable experience. Her efforts went above and beyond, and can't thank her enough. Because of her outstanding service, I highly recommend IP Casino in Biloxi. If you're looking for a top-notch gaming and entertainment experience with exceptional customer service, look no further. *Rating Breakdown:* - Overall Experience: 5/5 - Service (thanks to Laura La): 6/5 (if I could give more than 5!) - Amenities and Facilities: 4/5 *Will I return?* Absolutely, and I look forward to being taken care of by Laura again! Any confusion we had was cleared up immediately with the help of the very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, well kept, and comfortable. Hot water worked very well and everything was as it should be. There were several signs and messages in the room and on the television that warned about remodeling happening to the resort, but you couldn’t tell. No inconveniences at all and I would love to return to this location in future vacations.

Went just for the casino. Very nice mix of new and old machines. Very nice dealers with low table limits. A little smokier than I'd like but one of the better gambling locations on the coast.
