First of all, free soda, water coffee with creamers and excellent clean bathrooms. Okay, so the biggest difference between EQC and other casinos is that I really can't smell cigarettes in the non smoking area; that's huge if you're asthmatic. I am not sure, but there seems to be more walking space which accommodates the disabled, like on scooters or wheelchairs. I mean, we all know money is made on these machines, so to just have wider empty space is really saying something for a casino. I know all the wins are just based on luck, but I have only won 4 jackpots at the EQC, and I frequent other casinos often.

It's a great place to unwind, sit down and have a beer. If you smoke you can smoke your smoking areas and don't take anything you can't afford to lose in and make sure you're going in to have a good time. If you win it's just gravy. Enjoy yourself when you go. I think you will. I always do

One up north to take for Tacoma and he has a thing for slot machines so we ended up stopping by the Emerald Queen casino for a very short time. First thing we did was went and got a chicken fried steak breakfast food was decent. I would say the portion was fair in price for the smaller breakfast. The service definitely wasn’t with a smile, personable, or friendly. I haven’t been into a lot of casinos because I am not a gambler, but while I was there, I definitely had zero interest to even want to try. it just didn’t have a very uplifting or exciting feel about it. It seemed very boring, dull, tiredness to it. And i definitely didn’t feel very safe and secure walking through the entire floor looking around and what was there. Sketchy people all about.

Came to the waterway deli inside the casino and order a hamburger with cheese and they gave it to me with no cheese even though I ask for it… waiting time to order was 30 minutes they need better service this was my first time at this casino and sure my last time

Fun, with lots of slots and accessible table games. Clean and easy to find your way around. Several dining options to choose from. Inside parking was busy on a Friday night but will definitely go again.
