Dec 19,2024, Thursday around 6:00 pm, I walked in to this Dottys location. ( Rainbow and Cougar) and place was almost full. There was one machine left open and went to that machine right away Chris, bar tender server came to me and said that the seat has been reserved. I said ok .. A lady sitting close to where the entrance talked to me and said she was almost finished and I said ok but then Chris approached her and said to the lady that her machine was also reserved .. I then said I never knew that machines can be reserved I’ve been going to this place since it’s the closest to my house to buy cigarettes and play one in a while and never experienced this kind of situation … I then left bothered and went to another Dottys close to my house I started my night in a bad way ending up loosing money because it did not start in a good way . Chris , Did you get big tips that’s why you did that ? Or is this some kind of racial discrimination ?

This is where I hit most of my Jackpots each and every Dotty's in town. Friendly staff great comps and good machines. I visit daily! Love each and every Dotty's I have been to!

Really liked how attentive the night time bartender was and that he just left you alone to play for a while before asking you about another drink.

I couldn't get in because I didn't have hard copy of driver's license when your wallet is stolen its hars yo have a hard copy but I had the two paper copies and VA and dd214 a d birth certificate and they still would not let me in so that location lied the Dotty people on the phone he said I didn't show him a picture ID And I most certainly did. I'll let you make your own opinion about that location

I had a major problem here where I wanted to take my money out of a slot machine, and I was being forced to bet it instead... police were involved, and the establishment refused to tell me their address with 911 on the phone call. Later, they told me someone from Dotty's HQ would call me. I had two people tell me this and never heard a thing.
