Today, I felt compelled to write this review as I am a frequent visitor to this Dotty's location, often visiting twice daily. I typically bring a large purse, not a backpack, and out of respect, I leave it by the door. The staff at this location and others I visit have consistently instructed me to do so, and I comply. However, the individual who informed me today that I couldn't stay due to my bag had previously told me to leave it by the door. Steven consistently displays a negative attitude and treats certain customers poorly. The subpar customer service and management's tolerance of this behavior are disappointing. I will refrain from visiting when Steven is present, as I will not allow him to negatively impact my experience. Nevertheless, I will pray for him and hope that management addresses his treatment of customers.

This location isn't any different from most other Dotty's locations with the exception being the employees. I have always enjoyed great service from everyone working here. Been both during the day and late night and I've always been greeted warmly, been given great drinks and had good conversation. The area is a bit rough but I go out of my way to stop at this location.
