This morning, I visited Dotty's and was told that I had to take my hood off. I had never been asked this before, so I requested to see the policy in writing and was refused by Deborah. Just so happened. I left my ID at my house, which is across the street. l returned with my ID. Deborah would not open the door until I removed my hood. Once I was inside, she allowed her friend that she was talking to become verbally abusive. When I wasn't talking to him at all. It felt like I was being ganged upon by Deborah and her friend, who is a man, and I am female. The treatment I received this morning was the worst I have ever experienced coming to the Dotty's. I felt verbally attacked and uncomfortable. Is there a no hood policy, and if so, it should be posted.

This Dotty's has so much potential. There are maybe 10 or more bar machines and I think 6 floor machines. It's quaint, clean and has a friendly staff, I could picture more Dotty's floor plants, and a few machines along the wall. It's in a great area, right off of the Durango/Buffalo bus.

I don't get Dottys. Servers work for tips yet often very poor customer service at Dottys. I was not offered as much as a water in 45 minutes. Also very Smokey. U1 machines claim 91 percent pay out yet they TAKE my money 90 % of the time. Hardly any bonuses. My advice go somewhere where they take care of you.

This Dotty's is close by, but I find myself continually frequenting other Dotty's often because the customer service has always been just terrible. It seems to have gotten a little better because if you weren't High Limit enough then you were going to get ignored or policy & procedure comments continually. Been going here since this property opened. Teach these associates some customer service.

One of my favorite named places to play. For some reason I never hit at this Dotty's. If it were not for most of the staff, I would give it a 1 star rating. The other 2 stars are for the staff.
