I had a rude lady on Tropicana that discriminated me from coming in the store. I told her that security did not tell me that I could not come in the store. I only went in the store one time and she told me that I got an attitude, which I didn’t. She told me to take off my hat, which I told her that II had a rude lady on Tropicana that discriminated me from coming in the store. She told me to take off my hat, which I told her that I had a toothache, but she told me that I could not come in because of security said I was kick out that was the most rudest customer service I ever had and I don’t even live out here

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Power tripping employees. Lazy. Check your change! They give you Canadian and Chinese quarters and even passed a fake 20 to me. This particular employee said I can’t wear a hoodie in 40 degree cold. Which makes no sense after telling everyone for two years they had to wear a mask to enter. Add the fact you have to show ID anyways and it makes zero sense. It’s a racist policy. They scan and collect you drivers license data and use it for identity theft. I’ve never won here. Never had a decent employee experience here and they are all clearly running scams here. Plenty of TikTok/youtube/rumble videos posted about these scam artist racist power tripping wanna be cops/criminals at this location!

Terrible customer service from the employee working this afternoon. A short bald man claiming to be from the bronx. Decided how many packs of cigarettes I could purchase even though there was many more on the shelf. Started explaining to me how it works and that whoever has sold more than that to me in the past was not doing the job properly. It sounds like this guy makes up his own rules. Definitely trying to act like a dictator. Anyway someone should look into the the way this employee is conducting himself.

Bad services lady that was working tonight met us at the door rude saying she didn’t have any alcohol. Which was not the truth. That fact that she judged us at the door was not ok. She needs to be fired not a welcoming place to go. I had to give a star she deserved a negative star based off how I was treated.
