Based on online customer reviews, the Bellagio Poker Room receives mixed feedback, particularly concerning its staff and service. One reviewer suggests it is a good place for public poker games but found the waitstaff to be "pretentious douches," though interaction with them is reportedly minimal. This reviewer also experienced slight disrespect from the cashiers.

Another reviewer's experience led them to believe that "the staff suck," specifically mentioning the pit boss. This was illustrated by an incident where the pit boss allegedly made a waiting player go further down the list by answering phone calls multiple times and then seated a regular player who walked in later, bypassing the list entirely. This reviewer concluded that the room is run by amateurs and that there are much better poker rooms in Las Vegas.

Further criticism was directed at the overall service, with one reviewer recounting a three-hour wait for a food order to be taken after asking a service lady. As a "Casino Near Me" option specializing in poker within a well-known Las Vegas hotel, the Bellagio Poker Room may attract players looking for public games. However, potential local users should be aware of the reported issues with the pit boss, cashiers, waitstaff, and overall service efficiency, as indicated by these customer reviews. Information regarding the environment beyond these service issues, specific poker games offered, features, or any current promotional information is not detailed in the provided reviews.

If you enjoy playing public poker games, than you should play here. Waitstaff are pretentious douches but you really do not need to interact with them very much. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I was treated with some slight disrespect by the cashiers.

Wanted to try this room as the hype was up. However the staff suck specifically the pit boss. Standing infront of the desk, asked to wait for a second and he proceeded to answer the phone 3 times. Putting each person on the list, when he gets to me I'm now further down even though I was here before the call ins. Ok fine whatever. Then a reg walks in and asks for 1-3 guess what he does not even get on the list, seat opens and the pit boss gives him the seat. I get called and see this happen so when I get to the desk the seat is now filled. These guys run an amateur room, there are 100x better rooms in Vegas. Next joke of being in this room is the service. I asked for food and the lady said she would be back. It took 3 hours for her to come take my order......!

The Bellagio is a global icon so I was quite shocked how bad this room is. Chips are more plastic than clay, cards feel like paper they don’t even slide across the felt well, the dealers need updated uniforms and ones that fit them bc they all looked raggedy. The service was terrible too—not just my opinion; the whole table was in disbelief they hadn’t received any service in very long bouts of time. It’s a bucket list as a poker player to play here n it was a let down . I expect Bellagio to set a better standard for Vegas poker

This is the worst poker room in Las Vegas. They don't have any promotions, no high hands, no bad beat, and no quad or royal payouts. The dealers here are also old and they are idiots. They don't even pay attention to players in the hand and dealt a turn card before the action was even done. Go to Horseshoe or Palazzo and don't waste your time here.

Worst on the strip. The only bright spot is the regs stink at poker but they stink everywhere. It is impossible to get service for drinks compared to any of the other poker rooms. It's also quite dirty and the tables are kinda gross. Dealers clearly don't want to be there. Everything is worse compared to Aria. A gross feeling poker room, would rather play a home game with a rake than here.
