The hotel was very nice modern and clean. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. The biggest problem I had was there was no place to put anything. There were hangers in the closet but you could only use half because there was an end table with a coffee maker inside the closet. There was no dresser in the room and the bathroom had not much room to put toiletries. The food choices were pretty limited but TAP was fine fun and Bills dinner was good. Everyone was great, the casino was good, the parking was free. All and all I would come back but maybe in the summer when we could walk around and enjoy it more.

I didn't want to necessarily leave a bad review. I just wanted to let someone know I was here a couple days ago and let 2 people know about roadkill rabbit on sidewalk by valet. I let someone know again hours ago and it's still there. All parties involved said they would have facilities on it. I'm hoping to reach someone this way. Thanks

Let's start with the positive. I've been coming here once or twice a week spending between 3 to 600 a week for at least a year. The table dealers are all very amazing and fun and professional I never have a bad time here that's why I keep going back. However, when I signed up for my players card the person in putting my information misspelled the town I live in. Having not gotten any of the benefits of having the card despite spending so much money, I went to the player's desk the other night and was met by a woman whose name I think was Lori. She was very empathetic and changed the address in the system to the correct one. She was great and directed me to The Host of the floor. He was not very helpful. All I wanted as a good loyal frequent customer who spends way too much money in the establishment, was to receive the comps that I earned. Wasn't trying to get any handouts or freebies just what I rightfully earned as a loyal customer. The casino can see your points and what you spend and can see what comps you should have received. Will they help you? Absolutely not. Tough luck I'm told, despite this error being 100% on the casinos end. No big deal just provide good customer service and make it right. It's gross and very disappointing that you would treat a customer this way that keeps coming back again and again and having fun and spending money in your establishment. Even if you're that cheap you couldn't throw me a couple hundred bucks in comps at least as a gesture of a modicum of customer service? Thinking hard weather to make this my go-to spot anymore. I feel like the extra 15 minute drive might result in a casino that takes care of its patrons especially ones who spend thousands and thousands of dollars. Remember I didn't mess the card up when I signed up, you did. So now it's too bad? Shows alot

Caught a loaded Blackjack deck today. On an auto shuffle machine Live Table $15 minimum. Luckily didn’t lose too much. However, was interested in playing out after noticing it. Been going there for years too. First time ever. Many of the face cards were replaced by 6s - giving a significant advantage to the dealer. Especially, if you’re doubling down on 10 and 11s and standing on Dealers up card 2-5. This was not a Spanish table. Regular 8 deck BJ.

Nice casino (didn’t stay for overnight) but very smoky as they allow indoor smoking. Be prepared to reek like smoke when you get home. They have a non smoking section as well. They have table games instead of just having the video version which is awesome. Went to the Emerald pan Asian place for some food. Good food… get the beef bahn mi. Totally worth it!! Service there isn’t great but just remember how many drunken idiots they deal with and you’ll be fine. Hahaha! Parking can be chaotic but there’s an entrance with valet (West I think).
