This place blows. I won at a video poker machine and hit cash out but the machine malfunctioned. I got an employee’s attention and he tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Then I had to wait an hour and a half by the machine for the boss to come down and do the same thing that the first guy did which didn’t work. He then filed at a piece of paper and brought me to the cashier without apologizing for all my time he’d wasted. I waited another 20 minutes for the lady to bring me my money before I had enough and left without my money. 0/5 do not recommend.

Tight machines and never any free play. It has really gone down hill the past couple of years. Twin River is worth the drive.

Blond Skinny center bars bartender had a bad attitude. I go to spend 1 hr and have good vibes and the staff ruins my experience. Not ok.

I was unaware there was different max bets for roulette. They advertise 2'000 max bet, but that's only for the outside of the wheel. They only allow you to bet 1 hundred on the inside numbers. I called over the head pit buss and asked where that was listed "it isn't." 🤔

The Ballys Casino is so rigged definitely needs to be investigated because it’s bullshit the staff are rude unfriendly wanna be cops and the hotel doesn’t even exist it’s been empty since the last couple years very sketchy, but this is the most rigged casino. DO NOT GO HERE . Better throwing your money out the window .
