Multiple day and night tournaments. Always cash games. Amazing food with some discounts for playing. The manager Jen remembered my name on my second visit. Made me want to come back. What a great establishment and staff. Even the players are welcoming.

DO NOT VISIT!!! I have been a regular to this poker room since it opened and knew the dealers working there pretty well but since last night, I would not go back again. I tried to get some chips last night from the floor and gave them 500 but the floor claimed I only gave 400 and gave me 400 chips. He didn't even counted the money I gave in front me. I said you must not count it right because I just got them from the ATM today and those are the only $100s I have in my wallet. We agreed he will go check the camera to verify. It takes them 3 hours and 2 asks to do so. A new floor came and showed me a very blurry picture with both floor's hand and my hand covering the STACKED bills and saying its shows 4. I asked to see a short clip of the video or more pictures from other angles. Both requests got denied and she just right out concluded that is the case. This is a pretty serious issue but the floors do not put in any efforts to get to the bottom of it and showed me enough evidences. I hope will no one should have this experience so DON'T VISIT.

Giving 4 stars - lighting can be a little harsh / bright (especially compared to Caribbean), and would love if they adopted the jumbo cards! Also - hanging table numbers would be nice!

Great place in general. They have zero control over security. One person can ruin the table with verbal and physical violence and they don't repond other than to say "don't do that, please "

This place is so biased. Being a Meberick member, if they want to play any time, they don't have to wait, and even if you've waited a lot, ordinary people have to wait more time because of them. Of course, I understand that it's a courtesy to the membership to some extent, but the way they treat it is so different. I am also a regular customer, not a Meberick member. That's why that makes me feel bad. And floor manager Austin is very rude and beyond that. I think people who work on the floor should be fair to all players. But most of them, including Austin, aren't. It's a great place to play, but I'd like to give you a zero for customer service. I just want to improve and be fair to all players.
