I understand being an unmanned location with nobody on site. But that doesn’t mean that half of your games don’t work and the other half is in need of repair. My children were so excited to get tickets and then your prize machine is broken. You have a one 800 number on the wall which says you can leave a message and We will call you back the next business day. How does that help With my children not being able to get a simple little Toy with all their ticket? I can also understand if one machine jams it cannot be helped but countless quarters were taken by your games and nothing worked. I highly suggest you do not go to these locations as you will get no support or customer service if you have any need. These places are clearly being run down and not taking care of don’t waste your money here and don’t go here.

Walked by with my 6 year old son a few weeks back and he's been asking to come back ever since, so we went today. The trouble started when we tried to cash in quarters for tokens at their little machine. It just kept eating quarters and not spitting any tokens out. I thought maybe you had to hit a minimum or something before it gave you the tokens but after $3 we stopped putting them in. Luckily we had cash (my son brought his own money that he earns doing chores) - it did accept paper money luckily. Probably about 1/3 of the games were marked as out of order/turned off or just ate our tokens and didn't respond or let us play. We made the best of it and played what we could until we were out of tokens. There is a machine at the front of the store where you can cash in your tickets and pick a prize based on the number of tickets you've won. We had won quite a few by the end of the few hours we were there so my son was very excited to pick a prize. However, that was broken too. Both slots for tickets were jammed or just not taking the tickets, so now I've got a pretty disappointed kiddo and a bag full of useless tickets that *hopefully* we can some day trade for that prize he was hoping for. Oh, and for anybody who, like me, is thinking "surely there must be someone around here to fix this stuff/get my stolen money or tokens back from", there are precisely ZERO employees manning this arcade. No one. Not a-one.

It’s one of few arcades left with early 2000’s games

i wasted too many quarters here just for half of the games not to work. all i could get was a bubble gum from the gumball machine. 🗿

Terrible place, no attention, damaged machines and the prize machine is of no use at all.
