The Sportsbook layout was great. Service was absolutely horrible. Paid $500 for the rental of a sofa and literally got one drink an hour. This is this worst service I ever have had in Vegas when prepaying for a reserved seat. At certain points it 30-40 minutes to get drinks and food. In addition we never received our last drink order. The waitress would just joke about it. I guess the Venetian Sportsbook already has your deposit money they don’t care about service. Our empties weren’t collected and trash was left at several tables. Very disappointing and definitely would recommend any other sports book in the city and get better service my bill was over $1000 including the deposit and I felt like I was given a big you don’t matter.

First time staying at Palazzo/Venetian. Whole family came to Vegas to celebrate my Birthday, and we wanted to watch the OSU playoff game in the Sportsbook for a fun atmosphere. When I tell you the service and food quality was some of the worst I’ve ever seen in Vegas I truly mean it. We were sitting in the seating area where they gave us a $75/person minimum to hit, and the service was so slow it took over 1hr to get our second drink order to us. We couldn’t even spend $75/person if we tried because they were so slow!! I’m a Type 1 diabetic and needed to eat, food was slow, cold, and awful. Quite frankly the worst experience I’ve had in Vegas and I’ve been here 10+ times. The hotel it’s self is nice and clean but STAY AWAY from this place it ruined my Birthday evening.

Like so many other people, big disappointment here- the place was empty, service so-so, and they had multiple games going on live but had many of the screens on old baseball games. The audio they had playing was from a channel that was playing a Red Sox baseball game from 3 years ago (it’s February). The guys running the sports book acted like I’d just asked them to invent fire by changing the audio to a live game instead of a replay. It’s expensive even for Vegas, combine that with the so-so service and they’re wasting a nice location and layout.

Newly remodeled sportsbook. New layout and new design. I think there is less free seating which is not ideal but there are areas yiu can reserve and a large new oval bar in the middle of the sportsbook. Lots of screens. Can no longer view games from the Asian restaurant next door. Plenty of kiosks to place bets plus a small counter to make in person bets. They have also placed a handful of table games on the edge of the book.

Total scam operation! This place is an absolute disgrace—shady, dishonest, and downright criminal. My buddy rightfully won his Sportsbook bet, but instead of paying up like any legitimate business would, they pulled a stunt straight out of a con artist’s playbook. They refused to cash his winning ticket, called security, and tried to have him thrown off the property just to avoid paying! This isn’t just bad service—it’s attempt blatant theft. Stay far, far away unless you enjoy being cheated and treated like garbage.
