Was playing here when a players chair broke and the man fell over. When I mentioned it was an issue their chairs were breaking the manager said stop that we don’t make the chairs. No but you should maintain them and your lack of doing so caused this issue. Poker room was 100% at fault for this and tried to pass it off as no big deal. This room is dirty and bound for something bad to happen with a manager that doesn’t care.

I love that the Orleans poker room has lower buy-in mixed game tournaments. It is a great way to learn how to play a lot of the other games other than No Limit Hold'em, at a smaller price point. Special shoutout to Beth who is an amazing tournament dealer. Fast, efficient, knows the rules well, calculates the chips fast. Excellent. Truly a top .1% dealer.

Be advised this poker room is dirty filthy. Not just it's cleanliness but it's balanced play. There is definitely collusion between regular players and dealers, no real policing of rules by the "pit bosses" they are just as bias to the homers. I don't care if you want to try and shark the out of towners, just make them do it without the help of bent rules for the home team. I held my own but no issue but walked away from tables after seeing some of the most absurd and illegal etiquette of the dealers. I quote pit bosses as I work at a casino and know how the situations needed handled and weren't. Walk away if it doesn't seem right, or just don't jump in the water.

This room is always crowded. We are happy it is non-smoking room. We come here often since we own a vacation home here. We both play poker but I prefer 7-card stud. Ever since the virus, that game disappeared. I want it back. It is my favorite game and you have bad beat money that you are holding. If you put it on the game board, people will sign up. My husband plays Omaha and No limit which he has supported in this room a long time. We appreciate the Orleans keeping their poker room when others went out. We will continue to come here when in town which is often. We love to play poker and have been coming to Vegas for 40 years from Northern Nevada. The one gal who keeps the lists on the computer screen always remembers our names, she is a keeper. We enjoy playing in a busy room and we enjoy a wide range of games. The more games you offer, the more business you will have in the room.

First time playing here. I was deep into a tournament and head's up with a regular. I flopped top two and bet. I turned around to get my drink and tip the waitress. When I turned back to the table, my hand was mucked and the pot pushed towards me. I thought the player had folded, but he still had his cards. Dealer said "My bad, I though he was out and I mucked your cards." Some other idiot player said I should have protected my cards. Floor manager came over and instead of asking me to whisper my hand to him, he gave the other guy, who is a regular, the pot. The other guy told me he had top pair, and I crushed him. The floor manager was in the wrong and the dealer admitted his mistake. Yet I lost a big hand four seats from the bubble. Totally unprofessional environment. I'll never be back.
