Let's start with the positive. The best feature of the sports book is it's expansive seating area with 4 rows of recliners. The staff at the book was very professional. The seating area is non smoking but there is smoking in the building. Depending on air currents you will at times get a good amount of second hand smoke. The book and betting kiosks close as early as 9 pm or 10 pm. Despite on going games. My experience struck me this was more about creating less work for the main cashier station. Expect a lack of professionalism from the main cashiers station if you try to collect your winnings. My advice is to walk up and immediately ask for a supervisor. To me this was the most disappointing part of my experience and why I strongly recommend a different book. The first day the book closed at 9. (During NBA finals game) Off-season and slow. Yet I was incredibly disappointed that you couldn't bet past a certain time and I was told to wait 2 hours to collect my winnings at 11 pm. The next day I spoke to the manager at closing to find out the two hour wait was obviously not something they had to do. There is a valid delay to being processing bets at the cashier. (One that should be eliminated asap. The second one station closes the other one should immediately open.) This time the delay was 30 minutes but only because I had to complain to the casino staff and get a supervisor. The employees at the main cashier station just view sports betting as extra work. Terrible customer experience. Overall i noticed very light crowds hardly interested in sports and betting. Very limited customer interaction with staff about sports. Even during a NBA finals game it was like maybe 15 people for the game. To me that is a sign more than anything Caesar's needs to shore up their customer relationships.

The casino was taking everybody's money not letting you win even a little bit!! Hung out the book watched a few college games. Nice place to hang out while the casino takes all your friends money!!
