Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Staff was awesome especially Jonathan who brought our luggage to our room. He was super nice and funny. Check in was easy and Check in staff was super nice. Great room,comfortable beds, room was clean. Absolutely awesome experience. And best of all lots of slot machines to pick from. We will be back to stay and gamble. Thanks to all staff.

The room was beautiful and very clean. We loved the security in the place. There was ample parking in the parking garage with security patrolling day and night. The food at the restaurants was good. The service was good. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of smoke. With it being a casino, smoking is allowed, so that part is unavoidable when staying at a casino.

Stayed here while in town for a convention. Emilie at the front desk was extremely welcoming and upgraded our room for us. It was beautiful and very clean, with a great view of the Bay. Service was prompt to respond to any requests we made. The food at Ami Pizza was delicious and the cafe/bakery was great for both early morning coffee and late night desserts. Wish we hadn’t had to leave!

We have a tradition 21 years coming here to Biloxi for our anniversary, and both birthday I never expected to experience belittling I paid for 10 day wardrobe only staying in town for 7 days but each outfit was suitable for going out upon entering the gentleman stated a dress code my scarlet pearl jacket I zip up and said okay I stayed an played at the table even though I was uncomfortable 🥵 the dealer along with supervisor was great to me and stated nothing was wrong with my clothing after Thursday night experience I informed my husband that I spent over 2,500 between tables and slots and for workers to treat us horrible besides food I'll stay bed watching television especially when we don't deserve the mistreatment I'm drinking water and husband soda no alcohol first time we eat out and tip $20 and bell service $10 each time please we all have problems but when you at work please smile,greet guests, and never make them feel bad. Mrs. Dee Dee from Canada along with your supervisor you to were great maybe you guys spirit will rub off on the server,an entering host .

We love this hotel. The rooms have just been updated and are beautiful and comfortable. The casino does not have a very strong smoky smell and has a very pleasant aroma piped throughout the main area. All the eatery’s serve great food; Scarlet’s steakhouse is a special treat and the size of the servings at Under The Oak are huge and food is great. All the staff from the valet to the front desk reps are all friendly and very professional.
