I bought The Barn Bar in New Boston, IL a year ago , it came with Prairie State Gaming. Thought I only had a balance of 2 years on existing contract just to find out later that they bribed the last owner to sign up for 5 more years for a neon light. Absolutely the worst in support, asked for 1 new game with no response. You wouldn't think that it would be to much to ask for flags for advertising, but that's apparently to much too . It's been 3 months since I had a representative stop by. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Full of empty promises to get you to sign a ridiculously long contract. I’ve been having problems with my ATM going down for over a year now, and still the smoke getting blown up my anus as usual. I recommend not signing with them, but that’s up to you. You’d think they’d want the ATM to work because that would keep the gaming customers happy and spending and not tear them away to an establishment with out these problems (hopefully -accel establishment)

I was using the ATM while at Gigi's in Taylorville,IL. I tried to pull 40$ out when there was an error stating reboot on terminal. The screen then went to different I familiar screen and took my money. After talking to management at Gigi's a d through prairie state games. I HAVE NEVER BEEN REFUNDED!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was playing the Kitty Glitter game. Playing 1.50 to have a chance at the wheel of gold. I get it, it didn't spin...therefore I won no money! The bartender at the establishment called the tech in....they can't look past 9 spins? What a load of bologna! Could have been my $500 day! They offered me some merchandise...no thank you I just won't play anywhere that has prairie state gaming!!

This is the worse gaming in the state of Illinois. I have played more than I care to admit in illiopolis Illinois at the BP station for the pass 3 weeks and have not been able to hit any wins bigger than 100$. After talking to serval patrons that play here they say they have not won anything either. This is by far the worst machines in the state. Someone need to trun them in to the gaming commission because they do not pay. I know it is called gambling for a reason but I also know you are supposed to have a chance at winning something and with these game it is impossible. Do not waste your money our time coming here.
