This place is a joke. We got to the hotel at 1:32 and they wanted to charge us 50 dollars to get to our room at 2. I said no we are good. So we all waited in the linnet for 28 minutes. I know it is not in a good area but a hotel charging by the hour is nuts in the 2020’s. My wife got some food at the restaurant while I waited we got to the room and the phone ran saying she didn’t pay her bill. After she told the waitress in English Spanish that she left a bunch of cash for her. This place has the worst customer service I have ever had at a 3 star hotel. Oh and there was some trash on the floor by the bed when we got to the room. The valet guy was super nice though.

I used to love this place. It was my go to spot for Poker when it was The Bicycle Casino. Now im not too sure how i feel about it its a hit n miss it still does have good games but its very heavy on table games like BJ, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Holdem etc. so if you’re interested in table games they have a great selection for poker players they just don’t really care about it seems like which I guess I understand since they make more money in table games vs poker but still they shouldn’t have changed the whole floor setting to this extent. I will say they have made some changes that are very nice aesthetic wise and service so yeah still a good place but not so much if you are looking for a good poker game Oh and they’re rooms are very nice if you’re looking to stay the night

My wife and I stayed here during our first trip to LA in September 2024. The hotel was very nice. The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean. Valet was quick and courteous. Definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

Stopped in here for some relaxation 😌, Amazing environment, Great staff, Awesome games & Slots, Excellent customer service, Clean facilities, Professional card dealers, Good food!, Expertly assembled event rooms, as well as an exquisite selection of eatery establishments in their food court. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Parkwest Bicycle Casino! Thank you Pacific Palisades! Thank you John Park!

Do not eat the chocolate cake at the café downstairs—I had a stomachache all day after eating it, and it completely ruined my plans. The coffee was also awful, bitter, and seemed poorly made. While the hotel itself is decent and provides a comfortable stay, the quality of the food and beverages in the café is extremely disappointing. I would recommend avoiding it if you care about your health and taste.
