The old white woman working night shift has terrible customer service, even when it's dead at 4am. She wouldn't let me use the restroom for 2 seconds, because I didn't want to throw my money away in the slot machines 😂 If you're looking for a relaxed place to drink or play, make sure to find an establishment that still prioritizes human kindness and customer service over a quick buck 👎🏻 **To improve business, make a good impression on guests, so they feel welcomed and want to come back.**

Sounds like horrible customer service is company policy here. I stopped by for cigarettes and to play a little before going home, but the employee on shift told me I'm no longer allowed back for taking longer than 10mins to use the restroom, for starters I'm disabled and can't walk without a walker or cane, so I'm a little slower than the average Joe, but even worse it doesn't matter how fast I want to finish my bathroom visit it's impossible due to a medical condition, after my uncomfortable explanation. I was told not to come back she put me in the system and if I did I would be arrested for trespassing!!!!

The night lady who works here is nothing but rude everytime my wife and I go here. It's crazy how rude and disrespectful she is for no reason. We will not be going here anytime soon as there are so many more places that are not rude we can go to.

The wife and I went there last night. There was a barefoot man sleeping right in front of the place. Inside smelled like an ashtray due to some guy smoking a nasty cigar. We left after a little while and went to another place nearby that doesn't allow cigar smoking. I gave 2 stars just because the people that work there are great.
