Duuuuude! This is one for the books with how fresh their food is!!! Walked away from my mistake of not clarifying how many orders of the vermicelli noodle plate I wanted and OMG!! IM GLAD he brought me 2 orders!! This imperial palace stand true for their food as fresh and satisfying their food is. I order a lot of vermicelli noodle and can honestly say I've been let down 70% of the time due to not enough veggies, wrong sauce and also taste of meat. This meal went from one underlining bugged eye satisfaction because I'm a fatso wanting flavor. The sauce was legit what I wanted in real vermicelli noodle and basil is expensive and there was a lot of basil to my last bite. Talk about fresh bread as if it just came out of the oven!! Took me to another level of fatness yummy!! Loved the shrimp I put in the hot potatoe loaded and I haven't gotten to the soup but I've never been let down with that I know it's legit if the sauce was legit. Thank you Imperial palace casino in Takwila WA on 2/13/2025 evening meal @ 7pm starting our valentines yummish as im visiting from AZ. Big props to the cook and thank you waiter for making the mistake because I loved y'all's food. I was here about 5 days ago. First time and I’ll definitely be back. Great hospitality. Staff were polite, checked on me regularly and even recommended dishes to try. Dawn was serving me and is such a funny gal. I do recall encountering this individual whose review is below mines “black widow” you were extremely rude to the bartender/server. You went by Keshia was it? You were picking a problem purposely and got mad when you asked for a dish to be made that wasn’t on the menu and became upset. I seen the way your demeanor changed and how you started having an attitude the rest of the time you were sat. Seems to me like you were looking to bully the employee so management would come out and compensate you for the inconvenience. It’s people like you who give people a bad name. Seems like a practical scammer move to me. Be aware!

First time here and they did a great job with the layout and design of this casino. Friendly dealers and good gaming action. There’s no slots here and mostly table games. The food was even more exceptional . My server Vhee provided outstanding service and I had the lemongrass steak and duck. Both executed perfectly with taste. The kitchen manager Enrico even greeted me and told me about these yummy dishes and asked me how was the food. Overall , imperial gets a 10/10 for service, food and gaming! They even gave me a welcome match play on my first day when I sat down.

LOVE this place. Atmosphere is addicting, however Dawn almost ruined today's experience. Her attitude was atrocious. Everyone is not equipped for service. She needs to be retrained. There is a way to handle any situation. Thankfully the manager, Kaitlyn, is dedicated to her position. She singlehandedly saved the day. PS. It was not about the shot, it was the service!!!

Hello Casino Mongers, I have never had anything bad to write about any establishment until now. This takes the icing off the cake. On February 28th, 2025 I was invited to Imperial Palace Casino in Tukwila to hang out with some friends and play baccarat. Our bets are pretty large, table max $400 per hand, so we RESERVED our table. We noticed one of the employees, the floor supervisor's name, Natasha, came and sat on our RESERVED table, telling us where to BET our money, she tells us she is the BIG BOSS and sees all hands and knows where to bet. I asked her to leave the table politely, also offer to continue buying her drinks at the bar, and I don't even know her at all, and she still refused to leave the table, and she is not even gambling, only getting drunk and running her foul mouth. I asked her again if she minded taking her drink to the bar and finishing it because we came here to gamble, and note I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL. After we all lost a very large hand, 3 spot MAX Bet then she makes a smart remark, "your wish is my command," then leaves the table. I got really upset that this drunk person is an mgr. employee and did not respect us as customers. So I got in to a confrontation with Natasha and Theresa was walking by and asked her to leave the premises. So the following week I went back to Imperial Palace with more friends to play and Shawn, the Casino Mgr. barred me from the Casino. Granted I've been going to Imperial Palace since they opened to support Ryan the owner. This Casino has a lot of potential, but Imperial Palace needs better Management before the current ones run it out of business.
