The reason I’m reading them one star is because of management if you want the short version. If you want the long version read on to see why I’ve developed this conclusion . So what I noticed as a patron is first of all poor staff caringness. If that’s even a word if not, it is now. Then the next thing that I noticed was after a new player sign up, it’s very difficult to figure it out without somebody’s help and then the app doesn’t lead you through the motions and you still have to get somebody else’s assistance . Next is kiosks that you scan your card at half the time they don’t work or they’re very very slow slow . If you go into other places like the smoking area aren’t working because they don’t properly heat the place . Nobody cares about the smoking area. There’s no attendance when you need them and it’s just poorly maintained. So again, it falls back on management

The casino staff were very attentive to the bourbon event that we had there. Very nice array of appetizers and the bar was fully stocked, of course!

This is a wonderful casino! They also have truck parking for Truckers! Lots of food choices and a large gaming area! And a Walburger’s 🤩

My visit to Hollywood casino Columbus was less than pleasant. I went on a Sunday morning. The availability of machines was fantastic as was the selection. Problem happened fairly quickly, just as bonus started the machine malfunctioned. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I was about 15 feet from the entrance security officer. I called to her and asked her if she could call someone to help me. She told me just wait. Knowing that there are never enough slot attendants available, I asked and there are only 2 for entire casino at that time, I just wanted to be sure that someone would be coming soon. I finally had to walk around to find an attendant and hope no one would mess with machine. The attendant came with me immediately and fixed problem. Security just ensured that I won’t return
