not good. I have won too little in the game. Today I play bet $3 and $4.8, and never won more than $45 in the bonus game. The highest I have won is $43, and the lowest is $7. Some of the pictures are pretty funny, too. I also won money that was lower than my bet amount. I'm so pissed I'm going to keep coming here until I hit the jackpot. Went to the high roller lounge on 2/17/2025 to have food with my grandmother after playing slots. I ordered a salad with ranch and opened the container to eat it. I don't eat tomato's so i was going to put it on the lid and after picking it up it was rotten and moldy and so was the Lettice underneath. This casino has become crappy after caesars bought it not worth your time or money drive an extra half hour and go to rivers

My place to play... and now that they are associated with Caesars Entertainment, that's even better. Had a VERY good visit a few weeks ago... and yes, I won that playing only .75 cents. Only played $100 and was down to the last .90 of that.

I stopped in the other day to play some roulette and met a floor person named Kimmi. She had a big smile as she greeted me. As I gave her my players card she asked how I was doing. We chatted for a few minutes and after she gave back my card she thanked me for stopping in and wished me good luck. Kimmi made me feel like she really appreciated me being there and I must confess, it felt great. This was especially refreshing since the staff at most casinos treat you like you're just a "customer". Kudos to the Grand Victoria for having Kimmi there. She is proof that a nice smile and friendly service can make a huge difference.

They call it gambling because you can have good days and bad days. My wife, my father, and I have been frequenting this place for a while, and the staff has always been wonderful. We had a fantastic time last night! Of course, next time might be different, but that's the nature of gambling. A big thank you to all the employees! Regardless of what plays out, at the end of the night we had fun! New machines changing it up here always makes this place fun.
