Over all Elsa is the best place to play slot. We have been always going to Wheeling, Il. We loved employee John and Jan. They are very nice. and very soft spoken. But the employee name Christian is not friendly at all. We always received the coupon in the mail and we always used coupon. My husband used the coupon and i just put my money and play. But last Monday July 22nd, we went to Elsa at wheeling location and the Christian was there. And he did not allow us to play. We said we have a coupon and we are allow to play. We always put our money first and then your employee put $10.00. We never cheat. If we have a coupon, we supposed to play. But he kicked us out. We are angry. Today, we went there and talked to John and Jan. And told me to write review regarding Christian. His attitude is not acceptable. He said coupon was not acceptable. It was valid until July 31, 24. You have to take action against him. We did not accept his apology. His behavior was very rude. We felt insulted badly. We had first bad experience in USA. We have been in USA since last 45 years. We both worked in USA for 40 years. We are now retired. We never had problem with anyone. You have to take strict action against Christian. Thank you. Anjana Desai Yogesh Desai

I went into Elsa's on 2-14-2023 to use a coupon they sent me. The girl at the counter said I was banned from using the coupon. She told me that John put me on the banned list. I have followed the rules for coupon usage per John. John has told me he enjoys putting people on the list, especially if they don't tip him. He has also complained to me about the girl that works there and how he has tried to convince his boss to fire her. He has also complained to me about certain patrons and the ones that don't tip him. I really don't want to hear that when I'm in there and don't think it's at all professional to speak to customers about those subjects aforementioned. John is chasing away customers from the business because of his behavior. This is one customer that will not go back.
