Welp.... Dotty's used to be A LOT easier to win at... I've seen a Great Big change... Not for the better !! So I dropped my 4 ⭐ to a 3 ⭐... hopefully she reads this and brings back at least her 4 ⭐ rating back ... Let's hope Dotty's doesn't fall to a ... 2 ⭐... Yikes !!!

Always have a great experience at this location. I'm horrible at remembering names but the woman that works swing on Sundays as well as during the week is incredible. She is so on it, getting drinks out, helping customers needing cigarettes or cashing in tickets. Her personality is professional, fun and sincere. She knows her regulars and always takes the time to let them know they are appreciated. She always has a smile on and although she may be cleaning, buzzing someone in or cashing in a ticket she never makes a customer feel rushed or that they are bothering her. I can't say enough I wish I could remember her name, but with her skills and personality everyone knows who I'm referring to. If possible she deserves a raise oh hell give her a big fat bonus. Corporate office thank you for hiring someone like her, it is a pleasure to visit this location that employs someone that enjoys her job and shows it.

Both workers were awesome! Made sure we all was good or if we needed refills etc multiple times while I was there for a few hrs:] they did their job super well!

I've given this place many opportunities, but I just can't give it a great review. One bartender, in particular, has an attitude problem and is on a power trip. Not welcoming at all, unless you have a certain complexion. The only reason it received one star is because the male bartenders have been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is not my typical experience.
