It's Dotty's it's still my favorite casino and this is one of my favorite locations it's right across tha parking lot from my eye doctor @OpticGallery

I live in the area of this particular Dottys store and frequently visit to by sodas and cigarettes. Upon arriving home from work I stopped by to grab a pack of cigarettes. When entering the store the young kid by the name of Dan was behind the counter I told him what my purchase would be and that I would be paying split half card half cash. He was really rude and stated we’re not allowed to do split pay I know that some people do but I don’t. I’m Standing there appalled because I have never been to any establishment that doesn’t allow you to split a payment between cash and card now as long as you pay especially In the times we are living in currently with inflation etc. due to me not liking the way I was handled by the employee and the policy of no split pay I’ll return to Walgreens for my tobacco purchases and also inform my friends and coworkers about this experience and how rude the employee was. There’s also a PTs near by I was referred to them because apparently Dottys is not very customer friendly I have noticed there are many establishments in this town whom has employees that are not people of color friendly and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and coworkers and neighbors in this area

I live right up the street and come to this location almost every day. Not only do I buy my smokes here but I also play my hard earned cash here. The people on day shift need to be trained in customer service seriously. They never offer me a drink and they are never very friendly. Dottys is unique because it's small and aimed towards the locals but it's also a bad thing when the only person running it creates a bad environment

I usually come here to get my smokes and play a few dollars, but the customer service has gotten so bad that I would rather go to my local 711 buy my smokes and give away my money. At this location that I use to frequent, I was refused a cup of ice unless I was playing. Despite the frequency that I drop my hard earned money into this establishment, to be refused a cup with some ice unless you are playing is beyond what these little casinos were meant to be... courteous and friendly to the local community. In my opinion you should shut your doors to this location until you recognize and appreciate the community of people that help keep your doors open. Till customer service changes I hope other in our community walk or drive to another location for local entertainment. This location truly sucks.

Got some smokes and left them a goodbye presant, I GAVE THEM THERE CARD BACK BECAUSE GAMBLING IS A SIN TO YOUR POCKET.
