Very clean friendly but the company keeps is really bad people I don't even know why people like that are in their gambling you should be happy. After mad because he lost their money then he left her fault they shouldn't take out on other people around them.

Last several times we have gone, the two females working behind the counter or demanding 10% tips when we win my mother-in-law won several thousand dollars and they were expecting $600. I won 50 bucks and they were saying I should give him 10%. they are not soliciting. They are practically demanding we pay them The manager and the owner are being informed If I wanna be solicited, I can go out on Boulder Highway and not to Bar. Maybe if they clean up the homeless hangout side they are shameless money grabbing hungry and just way out of line I’ve got videos of the way they act.

I drive clients daily who ask to stop in here for booze &smokes to go we all have DOTTYS players cards ..thus drk hairdresser host 5.5 hgt white. With over. makeup clown look ..said when asked for sml. cup of taffy to go..can't give it unless playing. Clients enjoy ah sweet tooth..as whel as I do so she refused..& we will be going up th road to DOTTYS behind wall greens from now on

Me and hubby Stop by the other day to buy cigarettes cheaper there also to play a little bit, clean place unfortunately while we are playing and of course I was smoking and kind a focused on the slot I'm playing and haven't noticed I dropped ashes on the floor this WHITE LADY WORKING AT DOTTYS ALONG BOULDER HIGHWAY AND LAMB TOLD ME WITH A SARCASTIC TONE OF VOICE THAT IF I DROPPED ASHES ON THE FLOOR AGAIN WE WILL BE KICKED OUT...I DONT KNOW IF SHE IS A PREJUDICE OR WHAT.. I EVEN SAY SORRY TO HER AND SHE TOLD ME SORRY DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING ( SOMETHING LIKE THAT) ...AS A FRONTLINE OF DOTTYS YOU SHOULD SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMER IN A RIGHT MANNER ALSO THE WAY SHE LOOKED AT ME IS LIKE IM NOT A CUSTOMER ...LADY I AM THROWING MONEY AWAY TO PAY YOU ...I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS AND I AM VERY APOLOGETIC...IF YOU DONT WANT A MESS PUT A SIGN LIKE " NO ASHES ON THE FLOOR" BUT DONT GIVE A BAD ATTITUDE ( ALSO THE TONE OF YOUR VOICE) WITH YOUR CUSTOMER COZ WITH OUR MONEY YOU HAVE WORK , WE ARE NOT JUST A BUM HANGING OUT THERE PLAYING A NICKEL!!! WHAT A RUDE EXPERIENCE NOT COMING BACK IN THAT AREA!! BE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL!!

Great place and customer service. The only problem is the major eye sores and possible safety concerns. I have been threatened in this area and if you hit some good money at this place than you better make sure you pay attention to your surroundings at all times.
