I've won money at this location a few times. The machines in the back by the ATM were good to me. This Dotty's is very clean, and there is no riff raff, which is a plus; however, I do have one qualm about this location: Michael! First and foremost, Michael will treat you like a child. He will make you wait like a dog for your drink and ask that HE personally bring it to you, I assume to make sure you're playing the minimum to receive a complimentary beverage. He also told me which volume level was suitable on the U1 machine, like I'm a clueless six year old! Michael then went as far as to tell me to stop tapping the button and was eyeballing me to make sure I obeyed his direct orders. This made me extremely uncomfortable. The bottom line: Michael is a by the book Joe who will knit pick every little thing you do! I myself will not be tipping him anytime soon, regardless of the amount of money I should win. If he's there when you arrive...RUN!!!!!

Seriously?! My boyfriend and I walk inside and the first thing we see right away are more than 5 machines right in the dab center of the establishment with a " temporary available, out of service" note. I ask the employee, which by the way a very nice gentleman. He was awesome and accommodating, " what's wrong with the machine?" And to my amazement, he replied , They are only licensed to have 7 working machines at a time. Just wow... Place was nice, big building, calm atmosphere, great employee Not a lot of options for playing. I seriously don't understand why have this big building for only 7 machines and then have more machines displayed but can't be touched . Business has been open for 4 years as well... SMH

Unbelievable the worst customer service ever at least during a Thursday night shift the young gentleman tall with brown hair didn't catch his name. He was completely arrogant and not at all friendly. Almost made me feel as if he was watching me judging me treating me as if I wasn't actually spending alot of money. Even though that should be erelevant. But you'd think if a customer came in and put $300 in a machine in a matter of 2 hours and has only asked for a dr. Pepper. They could ask for a monster on their way out without getting told that they are going to be charged for it. Ridiculous I go to Dotty's all the time and I've spent way less before and been taken care of way better. I'd suggest rethinking his employment there. Or at least giving him a lesson on how to take care of his customers. Going to avoid his shift.

Been in here for 45 mins. Bartender walked pasted me several time as im play. Not even a hello or all be right with you so I go up to the bar to ask for a drink and he tell me I need to be playing a certain amount that I have been playing the whole time and then give aditude. If he would pay attention instead of bsing he would of known that.
