Thank you for taking time to read my review of the Bourbon Street located on W. Sahara across the street from the Palace Station Hotel Casino 🙏 There is really only one reason I go to this Bourbon Street location and it's to visit one of the best bartenders in all of Las Vegas... "5-Star ⭐ Stacie" V. She works swing 4pm to 12 midnight Friday - Tues. . .I've been going there about 2+ years now and she is simply the Best of the Best 💖 🏆. . .before she was assigned to this location permanently I would see her at other bourbon street locations as a floater. . .do yourself a favor and visit Stacie from Pittsburgh! She's 💯 Awesome 👍 ‼️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Understaffed but good customer service. The food wasn't the best. I ordered to go; thankfully I checked my order because some of my order was missing.

Petra (an old lady with grey hair) an employee on a Saturday night approached and singled our group out saying we have to buy drinks or play the machines if we want to stay. Our group was just playing pool and waiting for a reservation, minding our own business. Some people in our group had already bought some games/drinks so I’m not sure why everyone had to. If the lady was nice about it, it would’ve been no problem. But she said you either buy something or leave, but you can’t just hang out. Half of the gambling machines don’t even work. Asked for the oldest person in the group just for their ID, and was skeptical when checking IDs. I would not recommend this place as the workers there are very rude and seem like they don’t even want to be there. Place is a ghost town for a reason. Everyone who walked in was also displeased. Please work on the customer service here.

Amazing prices awesome bar. Most everyone who worked there was awesome. Then theres Jayson. Had a problem with a machine taking money laughed in my face and threw money at me. Rude for no reason was an absolute douche. Told me when it’s dark they don’t allow people to play pool? Make that make sense.

Place sucks!!! To start out the crazy bartender would not let me enter the bar. They have a buzzer outside. I rang it and no response. After a minute I proceeded to ring it over and over again. I could see the bartender. She completely ignored me. 2 other people came up and she opened immediately upon their buzz. I had to sneak in with them. I asked her why she didn’t open the door for me. She said it was rude to keep hitting the buzzer. I told her it was far more rude to ignore a customer who wanted to spend money there. Turned around and walked out. I will never go back there again!!! Crappy place didn’t even have the World Series on with 20+ tvs on!!!😣😖😫😩🤢🤮🤮
