My friends and I had a great time here watching the Lakers versus Nuggets for Game 3 of the NBA playoff. We found seating just fine near the middle. It had bar cans on the floor from the previous people sitting here but it wasn't an issue. My friends went to put some bet on the Lakers but ended up losing. I saw the cleaning lady walking around cleaning the seats and floor but she didn't come to our area to clean the trash that was left. The TV screens and quality was nice. The way they set up everything works and you'll get the spread of all the sports going on.

The people I talked to regarding a return of unused funds to my account seemed to be purposely putting up roadblocks to prevent my unused money from being returned. I explained that my phone service doesn't recognize codes and to just email me a code to verify. I didn't need a code to deposit money, just to get it returned and they said they can't return it to my account. Bullshit! The fact that he told me that emailing the code was impossible told me enough to stay away from this site. The website is set up in a way that makes it easy for them to accept your money but all kinds of hoops to jump through to get unused funds back. I told the representative that I considered it theft and would contact authorities and he told me to go ahead and do that. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he connected me with a full voicemail box and disappeared. I called back and that number had stopped working all of a sudden. I strongly advise caution here because this is common nowadays and greed is rampant. Beware ⚠️!

They put in 2 factor Identification but I'm retired and don't know how to it. Have a balance of $55. Told them to just send me a check and cash me out! They said I have to Access my account first? They're crooked! Stay away from this Sportsbook!!! Just thieves!

This Sportsbook app is a complete joke. They put my account on hold for no reason. I uploaded the documents they requested and they said it would take 72 hrs. I receive another email saying that it would take another 72 hrs. This is by far the worst Sportsbook. I have money in the account that I guess they can keep.

These people are terrible. Stay away from all their online gaming! They don’t honor their promos and I also had a family emergency and left my state to go to a state that you can’t bet. I contacted them to extend my promo for a week and they refused. These casinos print money and can’t even extend a promo. They’re awful and their customer service people are heartless and souless.
