Clean casino. Decent amount of slots and a bunch of table games. Conveniently located downtown. Fun place if you want to gamble. Just be prepared to give some money away!

I was there yesterday. They were having a 777 tournament. I got one entry. So, I went to where it was set up. They were taking 6 people at a time. In the group I was in I was on machine number 1. When I sat down, I noticed my machine had 6 credits/6 left over something on it. I looked at machine 2 & 3 and noticed all of their machines were at zero all the way across. I pointed this out to the lady who was there. She said, "Don't worry it means nothing". Someone asked her about points she said, she didn't know. When the 1 minute tournament was over, I asked the same lady do I need to be present for announcement of winners. She looked at me and said, "You didn't get a high score, because you still have 6 points on your machine. First of all I thought she didn't know about the points. Secondly, and most important I asked her about the 6 points before it started. So, I fill like I was purposely given a machine where they knew I wasn't going to get anything on. I never had a chance to earn slot play in the beginning. Give everyone the same chance, and you didn't do that to me. Bally's can you answer this? I would like to get an answer.

I have visited Bally's casino in Chicago regularly for almost six months. While it's a good casino laid out over three levels, it's not great, but one only needs to know it's temporary. Eventually, the permanent location will open in the River West neighborhood, which, I'm sure, will be amazing! It took about a month for me to learn the layout and to find a few machines that I enjoy playing. I stop in a few times a week, and most of the time, I come out a winner. While this location could be better, it's never too crowded, and the staff is always pleasant. I usually have a good time, and I'm able to walk out the door with a few bucks. I'll reserve final judgment for the new, permanent location whenever that may open.

Haven’t been to a casino in years. Finally made it here and glad to see Chicago have its own. clean smelling atmosphere, played craps hit a small bonus. But lost it all back. You win some you lose some here. Not many slots and only 2 floors of games. I’m not a foodie but they just got some cafe style food, but I’m not there for the food. Staff is nice here and helpful. Beer prices are okay for downtown. Will be back for sure. 👍 And can’t wait for the big location to open up. It will be great. It’s been a long wait.

Went on a Friday, slots were ice cold for me, but my uncle won big, then I won big Saturday and Sunday. It's not glamourous because it's just a temporary location, but it was a ton of fun to be able to go to a casino in the heart of downtown after exploring the city during the day. I will definitely be back until they move to the permanent location. I had fun.
